‘YE, WHAT IS YOU DOIN’????
Kanye West has been in some serious shit this year, all because he suffers from foot-in-mouth disease. But between September and early October, homeboy been on a whole other level, basically revoking every invite to any cookout in the future.
So ya remember how Kanye said “slavery was a choice”?
Well, with the drop of his new album “Yandhi,” he had to secure the bag. And what better way to do that then to win back his “black card” right?
Not only did ‘Ye move back to his hometown Chicago, but he pulled up to the New York offices of The Fader rocking a Colin Kaepernick sweatshirt.
The gag is, he was also sporting a “Make America Great Again” cap. Really ‘Ye?
Anyways, on his road to redemption, he had plans to meet with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel to discuss projects that include the development of new schools.
On top of him trying to “give back” to his community, he came at Drake, Nick Cannon and Tyson Beckford in an Instagram video saying “keep my wife’s name out your mouth.”
But what’s the tea?
So apparently rumors surfaced that Drake smashed Kim K. Instead of Drake denying the claims, homeboy dropped “In My Feelings,” which starts with “KiKi do you love me?”
If you don’t know, Kim’s family calls her Kiki, which led Kanye to believe that Drake was being “disrespectful” and purposely chose to use the rumors to secure the bag.
As for Nick, we all know back in the day he dated Kim – just like a lot of other black rappers – but apparently in a recent interview he jokingly said he’s had “ass” since they’ve dated.
‘Ye don’t play that and came at Nick. Since then, the two seemed to squash the beef. As a matter of fact, Nick understood where Kanye was coming from because a few years back, he went through the same thing when Eminem threw shade towards Nick’s former wife Mariah Carey, whom he dated years before the two got married.
As for model Tyson Beckford, he commented on a pic of Kim saying she got a bad body job and that her surgeon “fucked up on her right hip.”
‘Ye said “don’t speak about my family or anything that could be mentioned of my wife, period.”
Snoop Dogg, who spoke out against Kanye after the slavery comment, released a video congratulating Kanye from waking from “the sunken place” and praised him for standing up for his wife.
But right when we thought he was good with Uncle Snoop, apparently that video was premeditated because once Snoop saw Kanye reppin’ the “Make America Great Again” cap, he commented under DJ Pooh’s photo of Kanye - whose caption read: “MAGA — Music Ain’t Getting Attention” — saying “Make ya music great again nigga” and “Uncle Tom ass nigga”
Before you think Snoop is wildin, on Oct. 11, Kanye, who swears he’s running in the 2020 presidential election, met with his boy Trump at the White House and let’s just say, Kanye embarrassed the whole family and when I say family, I mean us, his people.
It was during that meeting that Kanye said wearing the Make America Great Again hat made him “feel like Superman,” amongst other very ignorant statements.
Let’s just say what could have actually been a productive visit that couldn’t resulted in real issues being discussed, was more like a reality show … a very bad one.
Oh, and the people did not hesitate to react.
T.I., who is known for speaking out against injustice in the black community, went in on Instagram, saying his patience for Kanye is “dead.”
The Bad Boy himself, Diddy tweeted “Somebody tell this NEGRO to give me a call! #NOTblackexcellence”
We get it. He lost his mom and has been acting out ever since.
But think about the culture. Think about the kids. Do you really think Donnie gives a fuck about us? Come on ‘Ye, the devil’s tryna bring you down!
